- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the property conditions are hazardous or violate safety standards.
3. Service Areas
We proudly serve clients in the following locations:
- Limassol: Including but not limited to Neapolis, Germasogeia, and Agios Tychonas.
- Nicosia: Covering central Nicosia and surrounding suburbs.
- Larnaca: Serving the city center and neighboring areas.
- Paphos: Including Kato Paphos, Coral Bay, and nearby regions.
- Famagusta: Covering Ayia Napa, Protaras, and surrounding locales.

4. Bookings and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon payment or receipt of confirmation via email.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full before or on the day of service. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate details about your property and service requirements. Misrepresentation may result in additional charges or service refusal.
- Access to Property: Ensure safe and secure access to the property for our cleaning team.
- Personal Belongings: Secure valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Liability
- Property Damage: If damage occurs during cleaning, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Valid claims will be addressed under our liability insurance.
- Limitations: We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property.
- Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The service did not meet the agreed standards, and a resolution cannot be provided.
- The booking was canceled within the permitted timeframe.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services or late cancellations.
8. Use of the Website
- You agree not to misuse our website, including attempts to compromise its security or disrupt functionality.
